‘The Taste’ Episode Guide (Dec. 11): Chefs Prepare Dishes from the Sea

“Under The Sea” (12/11/14) – Seafood takes center stage next week when the 15 remaining hopefuls face off in “The Taste” kitchen and put their personal spin on the mentors’ favorite seafood dishes.

With a menu featuring steamed fish, seafood stew and shellfish in miso broth, in the end, two more competitors will eliminated.

Chef Eric Ripert guest judges during this episode of “The Taste” THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.

“The Taste” features no-holds barred Chef Anthony Bourdain, British food star Nigella Lawson, expert chef/author Ludo Lefebvre and chef, author and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson. “The Taste” is from Kinetic Content and is executive produced by Chris Coelen, Sam Dean, Kathleen Burns, Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson and Brian Smith who is also the director.

ABC’s “The Taste” launches its third season with the mission of searching for America’s best undiscovered cook. Each week, in a fast-paced culinary competition, professional chefs and home cooks go head-to-head in “The Taste” kitchen, and the food is always judged blind. Returning this season to train the cooks is “The Taste’s” all-star team of mentors: Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Ludo Lefebvre and Marcus Samuelsson. Tune in to ABC’s “The Taste” to see who can stand the heat in this season’s kitchen.
