‘The Goldbergs’ Episode Guide (Nov. 15): Erica Reveals That She is In Debt

“A Wall Street Thanksgiving” (11/15/17) – During the holiday, Uncle Marvin reveals he has become a stockbroker and convinces Barry and the JTP to invest their money with him. Murray intervenes which has repercussions for Barry.

Meanwhile, Erica tells Geoff she is in debt and gets swept up in the family investment. Later, Beverly invites 50 people over for a Thanksgiving potluck instead of stressing out cooking for the family, but the plan backfires and Beverly realizes some traditions shouldn’t change, on “The Goldbergs,” WEDNESDAY, NOV. 15 (8:00-8:30 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network.

Guest starring in this episode are Dan Fogler as Marvin, Noah Munck as Naked Rob, Matt Bush as Andy Cogan, Shayne Topp as Matt Bradley, Bryan Callen as Coach Mellor, Jennifer Irwin as Virginia Kremp, Rob Huebel as John Calabasas, Bill Goldberg as Coach Nick and Lew Schneider as News Anchor.

“A Wall Street Thanksgiving” was written by Lauren Bans and directed by Lew Schneider.

The VCR-loving, mixtape-making, spandex-wearing Goldbergs are back! For geeky and movie obsessed youngest child Adam (Sean Giambrone), his wonder years were spent documenting the hilarious and awkward antics of his colorful family. Mom Beverly (Wendi McLendon-Covey) is at her best when she’s meddling, matchmaking and bedazzling her way through life, while Dad Murray (Jeff Garlin) parents from the comfort of his recliner in his underpants.

Oldest sister Erica (Hayley Orrantia) dreams of being a pop star if she can only overcome her secret love of all things uncool. Then there’s middle child Barry (Troy Gentile) who’s just as in touch with his emotions as he is with his sick rap skills, which is how he landed Erica’s best friend and the hottest girl in school, Lainey (AJ Michalka), as his girlfriend.

Rounding out the brood is beloved grandfather Al “Pops” Solomon (George Segal), the wild man of the clan, a shameless Don Juan who enjoys family time with his grandkids almost as much as his weekly massages. This season finds the siblings fighting off huggies, snuggies and nubbies, as they navigate what it means to grow up as a Goldberg.

“The Goldbergs” stars Wendi McLendon-Covey (“Bridesmaids”) as Beverly Goldberg, Patton Oswalt (“Ratatouille”) as adult Adam Goldberg, Sean Giambrone as Adam Goldberg, Troy Gentile (“Good Luck Chuck”) as Barry Goldberg, Hayley Orrantia (“The X Factor”) as Erica Goldberg, Sam Lerner as Geoff Schwartz, with George Segal (“Just Shoot Me”) as Pops Solomon and Jeff Garlin (“Curb Your Enthusiasm”) as Murray Goldberg.
