‘The Exorcist’ Episode Guide (Oct. 6): Tomas and Marcus Try to Get Out of Trouble

“Safe As Houses” (10/06/17) – Tomas and Marcus attempt to escape the custody of Cindy’s (guest star Zibby Allen) enraged family, while simultaneously trying to finish her exorcism. Rose conducts her inspection of Andy Kim’s household and is concerned about Caleb’s mental state.

Meanwhile, Andy’s neighbors offer to teach the children farming skills, but there’s something sinister behind their intentions. Additionally, Verity (Brianna Hildebrand) may be hiding something from the rest of her foster family.

Then, Father Bennett tries to warn the Office of Exorcism of a new threat, but finds his attempts railroaded by menacing forces in an all-new episode of “The Exorcist,” airing Friday, Oct. 6 (9:01-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (EXO-202) (TV-14 L, V)

Guest starring in this episode are Alex Barima as Shelby; Cyrus Arnold as Truck; Hunter Dillon as Caleb; Amélie Eve as Grace; Zibby Allen as Cindy; Warren Christie as Jordy; Michael Adamthwaite as Greg; Torrey Hanson as Cardinal Guilott; Philip Craig as Cardinal Caro; Timothy Webber as Ted Holmstrom; June B. Wilde-Eremko as Colleen Holmstrom; and Jay Brazeau as Tribunal President.

Opening an entirely new chapter in the iconic franchise, Season Two of “The Exorcist” finds Father Tomas Ortega (Alfonso Herrera) and a newly collarless Marcus Keane (Ben Daniels) out of Chicago and on the road, searching out evil. Across the Atlantic, Father Bennett (Kurt Egyiawan) attempts to weed out those within the Vatican who have turned against God.

Ultimately, Tomas and Marcus are led to Andrew Kim (John Cho), a former child psychologist who runs a group home for five at-risk foster children on a secluded private island off the coast of Seattle. When one of the children under Andrew’s care is targeted by a powerful force, the two priests head west, setting themselves on a collision course with Hell.

“The Exorcist” is from Morgan Creek Productions in association with 20th Century Fox Television. The series was created by Jeremy Slater. The series is executive-produced by Slater, Sean Crouch, Jason Ensler, Rupert Wyatt, Roy Lee, James Robinson, David Robinson and Barbara Wall.
