‘Steve Harvey Show’ Episode Guide (Oct. 16): 22 Day Revolution Vegan Diet Plan; Tisha Campbell

On today’s all-new episode of “Steve Harvey,” exercise physiologist Marco Borges reveals how at-home viewers can eat like Beyonce simply by following his “22 Day Revolution” vegan diet. The plant-based diet plan promises to help dieters drop up to 20 pounds in a span of just 22 days.

Plus, Steve puts the diet plan to the test by having three couples take up the challenge. The couple who loses the highest percentage of body weight after 22 days will win a $10,000 check.

Next, Steve sits down with seven-year-old Te’Lario Watkins, who talks about his family-run mushroom farm, Tiger Mushroom Farms. Then, actress Tisha Campbell-Martin opens up about her role in the new ABC comedy series “Dr. Ken,” her 20-year-old marriage, her two sons, and her new album.

“Steve Harvey” is a one-hour daytime show hosted by TV personality, comedian, radio show host and best-selling author, Steve Harvey. Each weekday in his new multi-topic show, Harvey talks to real people with real issues and bring his funny, fresh, insightful and common sense approach to everyday problems.

Drawing from his varied life experiences, Harvey entertains, informs and inspires, covering a vast range of relatable topics such as marriage, dating, finance, parenting, workplace issues, friendship and the daily dramas we face throughout our lives, all with his unique comedic spin.

“Steve Harvey” is coming off of a tremendously successful sophomore season, having won the Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show (Informative Category). “Steve Harvey” is up 29% in households from its debut season and currently is the fastest growing show in all of daytime, showing more growth last season than all other syndicated and network talk shows, game shows and court shows.

The daily show is produced by Endemol USA with Alex Duda, Steve Harvey and Rushion McDonald serving as executive producers and is distributed in national syndication by NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution. “Steve Harvey” is taped before a live studio audience at the state-of-the-art HD NBC 5 studios in downtown Chicago.
