‘Restaurant Impossible’ Episode Guide (April 13): SiP Bistro in Holly Springs, NC

“Ambush: Out of Control” (04/13/16) – Chef Robert Irvine travels to Holly Springs, North Carolina — a city 20 miles southwest of Raleigh — to help turn around the SiP Bistro.

Robert finds out that the business is in deep trouble, with some of the issues including the owner demeaning his staff and refusing to allow his wife — who has a background in hotel and restaurant management — to help run the business.

Robert is forced to play relationship counselor while also allowing his team to renovate the restaurant and make the extremely small kitchen more efficient. The restaurant has been only open for 3 years. Can Robert help improve it?

Turning around a failing restaurant is a daunting challenge under the best of circumstances. Attempting to do it in just two days with only $10,000 may be impossible. But Chef Robert Irvine is ready to take on the challenge. He’ll channel MacGyver and use a lot of muscle to rescue these desperate places from complete collapse.

Can one man, in two days, with just $10,000, turn the tide of a failing restaurant and pave the road to a successful future? Find out as Robert Irvine takes on “Restaurant: Impossible.”

“Restaurant Impossible” is produced by Marc Summers and Shooters TV.
