In its first two weeks of air, the 2014/2015 season of the Barclay Premier League on mun2 has more than doubled viewership among adults 18-49 compared to the same time last season. This season the network will present the most games ever, featuring 100 games with unprecedented coverage across multiple platforms and making them available via streaming through selected pay TV providers and on VOD immediately after the games are over.

Manuel Pellegrini’s Manchester City squad continues to impress in defense of the crown. Led by Argentine striker Sergio “Kun” Agüero, The Citizens return to Ethiad Stadium intending to defeat Stoke City who’s only point this season came last week versus a Hull City side reduced to 10 men, making the extra man count as they struck late on to earn the 1-1 draw.

Spanish national Diego Costa continued his seamless introduction to the Barclays Premier League with his second goal in as many matches last week as Chelsea beat Leicester City 2-0 to be one of the four teams to have six points and sit at the top of the table.

This week The Blues invade Goodison Park to face Roberto Martinez Everton Squad, which has started the new season with consecutive ties at 2-2 vs Leicester and Arsenal respectively.

Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Spurs look to continue their winning start to the 2014/2015 campaign that has lift them to the top of the Barclays Premier League table in a matchup versus Liverpool at White Hart Lane. The Reds expect recently acquired Italian superstar forward Mario Balotelli (in his return to the BPL) to bring a spark to an attack that was non-existent last week in an embarrassing 3-1 loss versus Manchester City.

Soccer analyst Sammy Sadovnik and former Mexican National Team player Manuel Sol will call all the matches.

The above press release was issued by mun2.
