‘Million Dollar Listing New York’ Episode Guide (April 21): Ryan Attempts to Lure Brokers to a Remote Listing

“50 Shades of Greystone” Season 5 Premiere (04/21/16) – Luis will do anything to solidify his standing as a major player in the new development world, even if it means teaming up with an old rival.

Fredrik looks outside Manhattan for a spark of inspiration, but struggles with the aftermath of devastating news. Meanwhile, in the East Village, Ryan tries to lure brokers to an out-of-the-way listing with an out-of-the-box idea.

The Emmy-nominated series returns for season four with superstar real-estate agents Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant taking their professional and personal lives to the next level and the drama is at an all-time high.

Luis shifts his business into high gear as he takes on his first new development project. Ryan is charming his way through some of the biggest deals of his career, but his most important “deal” yet involves his girlfriend, Emilia and living happily ever after. Fredrik is officially New York City’s #1 broker, but he still faces a litany of challenging clients and colleagues, as he and Ryan attempt to work together for the first time.

“Million Dollar Listing New York” is produced by World of Wonder for Bravo with Randy Barbato, Fenton Bailey, Tom Campbell, Brandon Panaligan and Danielle King serving as executive producers.
