‘MacGyver’ Episode Guide (March 10): ‘Hawaii Five-0’ Cross-Over

“Flashlight” (03/10/17) – When Mac and the team travel to Hawaii to aid in earthquake relief efforts, they team up with Chin (Daniel Dae Kim)and Kono (Grace Park) from the Five-0 task force to rescue a group of government scientists trapped in a building.

However, as they work on the complicated rescue, a group using the chaos as a distraction aims to steal the top-secret weaponry from the scientists, on a special crossover episode of “MacGyver,” Friday, March 10 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

This episode is part of a special “MacGyver” and “Hawaii Five-0” crossover.

Guest starring in this episode are Daniel Dae Kim (Chin Ho Kelly), Grace Park (Kono Kalakaua), Taylor Wily (Kamekona), Bianca Malinowski (Panny Parker), Aina Dumlao (Andie Lee), Amor Owens (Reporter), C.S. Lee (FEMA Director Sam Hopkins), Rome Flynn (Kalei), Amy Hui (Nurse), Sara Naby Kim (Amelia), Nik Kash (Samir), Camille Chen (Emily Espinoza), and Cindy Chu (Mayumi)

“Flashlight” was written by Lindsey Allen and directed by Jonathan Brown.

“MacGyver,” a reimagining of the classic series, is an action-adventure drama about 20-something Angus “Mac” MacGyver, who creates a clandestine organization within the U.S. government where he uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives.

Joining his team on high-risk missions around the globe is maverick former CIA agent Jack Dalton and Patricia Thornton, ex-field agent turned director of operations and Riley Davis, an unpredictable computer hacker with a chip on her shoulder. At home, MacGyver is entertained by his ambitious roommate, Wilt Bozer. Under the aegis of the Department of External Services, MacGyver takes on the responsibility of saving the world, armed to the teeth with resourcefulness and little more than bubble gum and a paper clip.

“MacGyver” stars Lucas Till (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), George Eads (Jack Dalton), Sandrine Holt (Patricia Thornton), Justin Hires (Wilt Bozer), and Tristin Mays (Riley Davis).

“MacGyver” is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Lionsgate. It is executive produced by Peter Lenkov, Craig O’Neill, James Wan, Henry Winkler, Lee Zlotoff and Michael Clear.
