‘Hit the Floor’ Episode Guide (Aug. 4): Kyle Pushed Into Betraying a Friend

“Sudden Death” (08/04/14) – Trouble arises when the Devil Girls invade enemy territory. Meanwhile, the relationship between German and Ahsha grows closer; Jelena plays a dangerous game; Lionel and Sloane have an argument; Derek confronts Jude; Kyle is encouraged to betray a friend; Oscar drops a bomb.

The season one finale shook up the Devil Girls with a new All Star, new Devil Girl Director and several new relationships. Now that Ahsha is single there’s room for her and Derek to explore a relationship, but his bad boy reputation might be more than she bargained for. Sloane has taken the job as Devil Girl Director, adding tension to an already strained mother-daughter relationship.

Jelena keeps a close eye on both Ahsha and Sloane, watching for any opportunity to get rid of them both. There are love triangles galore as new characters join this juicy soap, set in the world of professional basketball. Zero, a player that rivals Derek and Terrence in ability, joins the Devils and immediately lusts after Jelena. After flirting off and on during season one, Pete and Raquel decide to give a relationship a try.

Dating Pete proves to be more of a challenge than Raquel expected, when his estranged, starlet wife Lionel shows up on the scene. One by one, dirt is dug up on our main characters as Devils Nation is rocked by a season long mystery. Expect more, sex, drama, secrets and excitement as well as twelve amazing new dance numbers.

The cast includes: Dean Cain, Kimberly Elise, Taylour Paige, Logan Browning, Valery Ortiz, Katherine Bailess, Jonathan McDaniel, McKinley Freeman, Rob Riley and Don Stark. And season two welcomes Jodi Lyn O’Keefe, Adam Senn and Brent Antonello.

“Hit the Floor,” was created by James LaRosa who also serves as Executive Producer of the series along with Executive Producer Maggie Malina. Bryan Johnson and The Film Syndicate are also executive producing. Susan Levison and Jill Holmes Executive Produce for VH1.
