“Care and Feeding” (08/27/14; 9:00-10:00PM) – When Sparks falls under the influence of the vision of his deceased daughter, he flees with Molly’s baby to a remote location. Now, Yasumoto and Molly must rely on each other to track down the offspring, on “Extant,” at a special time, Wednesday, August 27 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Tessa Ferrer returns as Katie Sparks, Alan Sparks’s astronaut daughter.

“A Pack of Cards” (08/27/14; 10:00-11:00PM) – As Molly gets closer to finding her “offspring,” John learns that Yasumoto might not have his family’s best interests at heart, and Sparks commits to do whatever it takes to keep the “offspring” alive and maintain the visions of his dead daughter, on “Extant,” Wednesday, August 27 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

CBS’s “Extant” is a mystery thriller about a female astronaut trying to reconnect with her family when she returns after a year in outer space. Her experiences lead to events that ultimately will change the course of human history. 13 episodes of the serialized drama have been ordered.

“Extant” stars Halle Berry, Goran Visnjic, Camryn Manheim, Michael O’Neill, Hiroyuki Sanada, Pierce Gagnon and Grace Gummer. “Extant” is a co-production of CBS Television Studios and Amblin Television. Steven Spielberg, Greg Walker, Mickey Fisher, who wrote the script, Brooklyn Weaver, Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank serve as executive producers. Halle Berry is a co-executive producer.
