‘Counting Cars’ Episode Guide (Aug. 5): Flipping a 1986 Chevy

“Chevys and Shelbys” (08/05/14; 9:00-9:30PM) – When the Las Vegas Speedway hosts Ford Mustang’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, Danny and the gang gets the rare chance to co-pilot one of Shelby’s newest projects. Later, Danny tries to flip a 1986 Chevy pickup for big money.

“Sharon Rides Again” (08/05/14; 9:30-10:00PM) – A motorcycle-loving couple wants to hit the road like they used to, this time on a Count’s Kustoms chopper. Sharon hasn’t been able to ride comfortably since she lost a leg, so it’s up to Danny and the crew to build a bike that is comfortable, safe, and as cool as the couple that’s going to ride it.

History’s hit series “Counting Cars” returns with a wealth of fresh customized cars and motorcycles. When it comes to flipping cars, Danny “The Count” Koker is all in, stopping at nothing to get his hands on and give new life to the best and baddest vehicles on the road.

The latest installments of “Counting Cars” are packed with more high-speed action than ever before. From parking lot burnouts to The Count’s signature pullovers, Danny and his team return with a trunk load of new, high octane projects. This season boasts a shop visit from legendary rockers Judas Priest, a run-in with a former NBA star, and blazing fast racetrack laps driven in a Shelby Cobra. From vintage Mustangs and Mercurys to classic Camaros and Cadillacs, Danny and his crew will pull out all the stops to restore and build the greatest rides of all time. Additionally, The Count is asked to build a bike in memory of eight sailors who were lost on the USS Belknap, a project that Danny treats with care and honor.

“Counting Cars” is produced for History by Leftfield Pictures. Zach Behr and Ed de Rivaz serve as Executive Producers for History. Executive Producers for Leftfield Pictures are Brent Montgomery, David George, and Shawn Witt. Tom Romita and Jonathan Wyche are Co-Executive Producers for Leftfield Pictures.
