‘Counting Cars’ Episode Guide (Aug. 19): Danny’s Van Gets a Custom Makeover

“The Great Car Hunt” (08/19/14; 9:00-9:31PM) – Realizing that the shop has become empty, Danny sends the entire crew to the streets to find him cars fo flip for a profit. Danny wishes them well, but vows to return with the best purchase of the day.

“Van-Tastic” (08/19/14; 9:31-10:03PM) – Proud of his job restoring the van for his bandmate John Zito, Danny attempts to upgrade his own classic van with a custom makeover. Meanwhile, an NBA star encounters two guys from the shop, and Danny gets a new tattoo.

History’s hit series “Counting Cars” returns with a wealth of fresh customized cars and motorcycles. When it comes to flipping cars, Danny “The Count” Koker is all in, stopping at nothing to get his hands on and give new life to the best and baddest vehicles on the road.

The latest installments of “Counting Cars” are packed with more high-speed action than ever before. From parking lot burnouts to The Count’s signature pullovers, Danny and his team return with a trunk load of new, high octane projects. This season boasts a shop visit from legendary rockers Judas Priest, a run-in with a former NBA star, and blazing fast racetrack laps driven in a Shelby Cobra. From vintage Mustangs and Mercurys to classic Camaros and Cadillacs, Danny and his crew will pull out all the stops to restore and build the greatest rides of all time. Additionally, The Count is asked to build a bike in memory of eight sailors who were lost on the USS Belknap, a project that Danny treats with care and honor.
